Research On Community Grid Governance In Taishan District Of Tai’an City

Social governance is an important aspect of national governance,and good social governance is an important guarantee to maintain social harmony and stability and meet the needs of the people for a better life.As a widely popularized social governance model,grid governance has its unique advantages.After many years of efforts,Taishan District has achieved certain results in community grid management,but there are still many problems in the concrete operation process.Accurate positioning of these problems and practical solutions play a key role in speeding up the development of economic and social undertakings in Taishan District.Based on the theory of social governance and fine management,this paper studies the grid service management model of Taishan area through field investigation,questionnaire survey and case analysis,summarizes the practice and experience of grid management in Taishan area,and deeply excavates the problems in the actual operation of the current grid mode in Taishan area:the main body construction,the grid integration difficulty,the leadership,the main body single;the information platform construction is not perfect,the information isolated island effect still exists;the grid ability is insufficient,the structure is unreasonable and so on.In view of the related problems,through analyzing the reasons,comparing the practices of Dongcheng District,Foshan Nanhai District and Qingdao West Coast New area,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in strengthening the main body construction,optimizing the information platform,strengthening the team construction and strengthening the system guarantee,so as to effectively solve the existing problems.At the same time,it is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for other urban areas with similar basic conditions.
