"Active aging" was proposed by the World Health Organization.This is a positive response to the problem of increasing population aging,and affirming the social value of the elderly as the main idea of "active aging".Due to the progress of Chinese social production and the improvement of people's living standards,the average life expectancy has been extended and the ageing has deepened.Therefore,we need the guidance of a active aging theory of health,participation,and security to solve the problem of aging.Under the background of increasingly severe aging problem,promoting the re-employment of the elderly who have ability and willingness is not only beneficial to increase their income and enrich their spiritual life,but also beneficial to alleviate many social problems which caused by the large number of elderly people.And it can also very helpful to promote the healthy development of social economy.In addition,with the increase of life expectancy,health and education,many elderly people are becoming more willing to work and participate in social services.Therefore,this paper takes Hebei province as an example to carry out the reemployment survey of the elderly.However,according to the survey results,nearly 30 percent of the elderly are willing to re-employ,and their reemployment initiative is not high.Based on this survey,it is of great significance to understand the elderly's willingness to re-employ,analyze the specific factors that affect the reemployment intention of the elderly,and then take appropriate measures to strengthen their reemployment intention and promote their reemployment.At the same time,researching and promoting the reemployment of the elderly is also a good way to deal with the current elderly problem in China.Under the guidance of the theory of active aging and other basic theories,this paper uses the method of binary logistic regression analysis to analyze the influencing factors of the reemployment intention of the elderly.The specific content is composed of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,reviews the theoretical results of the reemployment of the elderly,and sorts out the research ideas.Thesecond chapter is an overview of the relevant guiding concepts and theoretical basis.The third chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of reemployment for the elderly,and lays the foundation for the following research.The fourth chapter is a survey of the influencing factors of the elderly reemployment intention in Hebei Province,including the introduction of the questionnaire,research hypotheses and variables,and a descriptive statistical analysis of the survey results.The fifth chapter is an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the reemployment intention of the elderly in Hebei Province.By establishing a logistic regression model,the paper explores the specific influencing factors of the reemployment intention of the elderly and analyzes the empirical results.The sixth chapter is combined with the previous research,and puts forward specific suggestions for the relevant factors of individuals,families and economics measured by the model,including stimulating the reemployment initiative of the elderly,strengthening family and economic support.At the same time,considering the social characteristics of the reemployment of the elderly,specific suggestions have been added to play a guiding role at the government level and to do a good job in safeguard management.
