Current Situation Analysis And Countermeasures Of Old-age Supporting And Childcare In Baoding City From The Perspective Of Reproductive People

Objective: In this paper,20-35-years-old reproductive young people in Baoding,Hebei Province are taken as research object.Through a questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the willingness and influencing factors of reproductive young people to parental care model,and the reasons and influencing factors of reproductive young people to childcare.Based on the survey results,the current situation of old-age supporting and childcare in Baoding are understood,the existing problems are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Methods: This article mainly uses literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,quality control and other methods.The literature research was used to determine the overall idea of the research;the questionnaire survey was used to understand the current status of reproductive youths in the care of children;the statistical analysis method was used to conduct a descriptive analysis of the obtained data,and the multiple logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship of the reproductive young people in Baoding.The main reason of the willingness tendency of parents’ pension mode and the influencing factors of the child-raising pressure caused by the reproductive youths were analyzed.Results: The data from the questionnaire shows that reproductive young people in Baoding choose their parents’ old-age care model as: 135 people who choose community-based care for the elderly,accounting for 34.2%,113 people who choose the combination of medical and nursing care,accounting for 28.6%,and those who choose family-based care.There are 88 people,accounting for 22.3%,59 people choose social institutions for the aged,accounting for14.9%.In the pressure of childcare for reproductive young people: there are 301 who feel great pressure,accounting for 76.2%,52 people feel little pressure,accounting for 13.2%,42 people feel no pressure,accounting for 10.6%.The results show that the health status of parents and the satisfaction of emotional communication with their parents are the significant influencing factors of the reproductive youths in Baoding to choose the parental care model as community home care.The number of children and whether their parents provide financial support are the significant factors to influence the pressure of reproductive youths in Baoding.Countermeasures and Suggestions: In response to the current problems of reproductive young people in Baoding in the care of the elderly and childcare,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: the environment for elderly care and childcare should be optimized,the concept of elderly care and childcare should be updated,the elderly care and childcare services should be improved,and the intergenerational communication should be promoted.
