With the development of social economy, the living standard of residents in our country has improved largely, life expectancy has risen in turn, leading to a new problem:aging population.According to the Sixth national census data, showing that the population of China aged 60 and above accounted for 13.26%,of which 65 years and older population accounted for 8.87%.All these data reveal an obvious phenomenon:the aging society in our country. The increasing proportion of aging population is a standard to measure the maturity of a society. The aging population development of our country in the process of its history also shows characteristics which is different from other countries.Aging population,in turn, also produce the significant influence to the social and economic development of our country. The outcomes can be summarized to the following four aspects.First, the population aging intensifies the pressure of pension in our country, producing an increasing pension gap an the impact of the national economy;Second,an ageing population have impact on consumption and savings structures, reducing social savings rate in China;Third, the increase of aging population will have an influence in the structure of industry in our country;Fourth, ageing population means the decrease of working-age population, leading to a lack of effective labor supply in China and making the structure changed. The influence of an aging population brings to our country social economy cannot be ignored,in order to alleviate and solve this problem, practicing the principle of"active aging" policy is a must thing.Obviously, obtaining re-employment of the aging population is the most direct way to practice this policy.Elderly population takes a large proportion in our country. The retirement age of workers in China is relatively low, comparied with other countries.in the world is low. Therefore, aging people in China have a large number of idle time, coupled with their advantage on work experience and job skills.Re-employment after retirement is reliable, which not only can continue to the life quality but also enrich the elderly life, improving living conditions of elders.Although there is a higher amount of older human resource in China, compared with the rest of the world, the aging population employment rate has remained a tendency of falling.Re-employment phenomenon for the elderly social participation is not stable. From the situation of elders re-obtain jobs in China in recent years, low proportion of older people, also leads to the declined rate.Based on the previous research, seven factors as the economic conditions are chosen to analysis in this research, including the gender, age, level of education, health, marital status, whether often feel lonely.these,With the re-employment intention as the dependent variable,a binary Logistic regression analysis model is established for the empirical analys.Through the research,a final conclusion reveals:the five factors(gender, age, health status, whether often feel lonely)produce a significant influence in the re-employment intention. As to the problem of local population aging, the precious experience of many countries have provided the reference and revelation.Taking the specific national conditions of China into account,Suggestions from there perspectives have been put forward to solve the problem of population aging,in order to strengthen the internal conditions and external environment of re-employment in China. And provide the basis for promoting social and economic stability, high speed and sustainable development.
