Research On Multi-layer Embedded Intelligent Old-age Care Systems Service Mode From The Perspective Of Information Collaboration

In recent years,in order to solve the problems of limited service resources of the pension industry and the mismatch between the supply and demand of pension services,the important role of information services has been highlighted.At present,there are many theoretical studies on information collaboration in academia,but there are few studies on multi-scenario application of information collaboration.In the old-age scenario,the supply-side of old-age resources is scattered and cannot be connected to the elderly effectively.The main reason is the asymmetry of information,and smart old-age gradually realize the smart old-age service mode of care through data sharing and information utilization.This article sort out the theory and practice status of smart old-age care firstly,and proposes a multi-layer embedded smart old-age care model(MEIC)innovatively from the perspective of information collaboration,that is,through information services and resource collaboration to achieve care by level and diagnosis and treatment by level.Housing and small-scale service node empowerment rely on information collaboration to reduce information asymmetry and promote multi-agent collaboration and development in the field of pension.The information coordination of old-age service includes elderly health information,service resource information,medical rehabilitation information,and management information.The premise of information collaboration is the consistency of objectives.The article starts from the theory of harmonious management and explores process of data between resource subjects,sharing to improve the transparency of information to achieve binary relative balance,achieve the consistency of collaborative goals,and promote the integration of information and resources for pension services further.In addition,it also explores how information serves as an important resource for consumers through literature research and case analysis.The IMB model believes that the influencing factors of behavior change include information,behavior and skills.This article takes the ICARE as an example to discuss that effective information services can replace certain physical resources and thus have a significant improvement effect on disease prevention behavior of the elderly.It has certain significance for the improvement of nursing relationship,and also has certain social value and economic value.Based on analysis of the case,this article also sorts out and investigates the resources and needs of elderly care services for the elderly in Changchun City,analyzes the limitations of Changchun's pension service information platform and information service content,and finds Changchun existing problems of pension information services,and put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions from the threeaspects,including information service,resource integration,and coordinated development: 1.Rely on the government to promote the coordination of old-age information flow;2.Pull social forces to achieve the coordination of old-age resource flow;3.Clarify the direction of the development of old-age care and promote the sustainable development of old-age care.
