Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Land-farmed Peasant City Integration Under The Background Of Smart City

In recent years,with the construction of a new type of urbanization,a large number of rural agricultural land has been expropriated,and the number of farmers whose land has been expropriated has increased.However,in the context of my country's urbanrural dual system,land-expropriated farmers will face barriers to integration during the transition to urban life.Especially in the context of vigorously promoting the construction of smart cities,the rapid development of smart public information services is gradually related to people's daily lives.As one of the service targets of smart public information services,land-expropriated farmers have accepted and adopted relevant service content as an indispensable part of their integration into urban life,which is an important issue affecting urban management and urban development.Based on this,from the perspective of public information service acceptance,this article explores the plight of land-expropriated farmers' city integration in the context of smart cities,understands the status of land-expropriated farmers' acceptance of public information services,and explores the impact of public information service acceptance and personal information literacy on land-expropriated farmers.The impact mechanism of urban integration,analyze the key information factors that have an impact on the urban integration of land-expropriated farmers,and put forward practical countermeasures to promote the urban integration of land-expropriated farmers,which is of great sig Since most of the previous literature has focused on the study of urban integration,few studies have explored the acceptance of public information services and urban integration.This paper firstly defines related concepts such as smart city and smart public information service,land-expropriated farmers,and city integration through combing relevant literature,and combines related theories such as social integration theory,network governance theory,and new public service theory.Secondly,it explains the rise of smart public information services and investigates the status of public information service acceptance of land-expropriated farmers.On this basis,it analyzes the impact of landexpropriated farmers' personal factors on the acceptance of public information services.Then,combining the evaluation dimension of urban integration and the evaluation dimension of information literacy,the impact of the acceptance of smart public information services on urban integration of land-expropriated farmers is analyzed.By constructing an analysis model of the impact of information literacy and public information service acceptance on the urban integration of land-expropriated farmers,taking the land-expropriated farmers in Wuhan,Hubei Province as a sample,the questionnaire survey was used to obtain the data,and the information literacy of the land-expropriated farmers was analyzed through a structural equation model As well as the impact of public information service acceptance on its urban integration,the relationship between information literacy and public information service acceptance on urban integration and the impact of various dimensions of information literacy can be obtained,which will provide a basis for future strategic research.The status quo survey and empirical results show that compared with ordinary citizens,the land-expropriated farmers have significant differences in the acceptance of public information services.The longer the land-expropriated farmers,the lower the acceptance of public information services,and the different ages,education and work The status of land-expropriated farmers shows a difference in the acceptance of public information services.Young people with high educational background and those working in government agencies and institutions have a higher degree of acceptance of public information services.The empirical analysis results of structural equation model show that: in personal information literacy,the influence of information ability is multifaceted,especially the cultivation of information ability should be emphasized;the cultivation of information awareness,knowledge,and morals should be gradually promoted;public information services accept land acquisition Peasant city integration has a positive and significant role.Finally,combined with the results of empirical analysis,based on the theory of network governance,the active participation of multiple subjects in the process of urban integration of land-expropriated farmers,especially the role of community organization and coordination can not be ignored,refer to the relevant fields to promote urban integration strategy research,and propose reasonable Countermeasure,with a view to providing a certain reference for the relevant departments in the decision-making of city integration.
