cooperative organizations.Because of a mutual trait of assistance that cooperative organizations have,it is naturally suitable for the development of insurance organizations.These organizations which can be one of the basic means of risk transfer are established mainly based on adjacent regions and suffered roughly similar risks,so it is easier for them to set up and share risks when facing unified risks.On the basis of comparing and combing practical experience of China with foreign experience,especially the regulatory measures,and Combining related basic theories,this paper explained this question from the perspective of law,The research on the supervision of China's agricultural and animal husbandry mutual insurance organizations is mainly carried out through comparative research methods between China and abroad.The content of the paper is mainly about:Fist of all,the paper makes an analysis about the nature and operating methods of China's insurance organizations.By comparing the nature and operating methods of insurance organizations.To illustrate the particularity of mutual insurance organizations.And then Analyze the shape,characteristics and development status of mutual insurance organizations.At last,it it analyzes the nature of the of agricultural and animal husbandry mutual insurance organizations which is more special,and make a deeply analysis on it's
