In recent years,with the development of social economy,the number of office rooms buildings of administrative institutions has been greatly improved,and the state has been attaching more and more importance to the asset management of governments at all levels.The management of office rooms buildings of administrative institutions has become the top priority in the management of state-owned assets of governments at all levels.As an important part of state-owned assets,office rooms is related to the safety and efficiency of state-owned assets.If the management of office rooms is absent,it is easy to breed corruption and cause the loss of state-owned assets.Strengthening and improving the management of office rooms is to promote the rational allocation of resources,ensure the normal work of party and government organs,reduce administrative costs,promote the construction of conservation-oriented government clean government and requirements.This paper mainly through literature research,empirical approach to Y county administrative institution office rooms premises management analysis of the status of the paper,through summarizing the current Y county office rooms premises in administrative institution management way,various problems occurred in the further study of the causes behind,and then put forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions.Through investigation,it can be found that the management of office rooms space of administrative institutions in Y county has begun to explore the idea of centralized and unified management,with certain results.Firstly,this paper introduces the management basis of Y county in the management of office rooms buildings of administrative institutions.Then on this basis,the management of the office rooms housing and the basic situation of the object.Then,problems existing in the office rooms buildings of administrative institutions in Y county are sorted out and summarized and analyzed,and the reasons behind these problems are obtained.Finally,according to the problem and the reason,put forward the solution.The main problems in the management of office rooms buildings of administrative institutions in Y county include unclear boundaries of rights and responsibilities of real estate management,inadequate basic management,incomplete property registration,formalized real estate inventory and rectification,and non-standard real estate leasing.The main reasons for the management of office rooms buildings are the imperfect system and mechanism,the insufficient management team and the lack of effective supervision and management.Combined with the actual situation of Y county,this paper proposes targeted and operable countermeasures and Suggestions.It mainly includes establishing a sound system and mechanism,including clarifying the relationship between rights and responsibilities between departments,establishing a system of inventory and arrangement,and improving the performance appraisal system.Improve the level of management team,including strengthening publicity and guidance,regular training and guidance;Improve the supervision and management system,to promote reform,to supervise and supervise;Relying on scientific and technological means,the information management platform is established to realize dynamic management.The above measures have a strong practical guiding significance in improving the management efficiency of the office rooms housing of the administrative institution in Y county,standardizing the management behavior,saving the expenditure of fiscal funds,reducing the operating cost of the government and preventing the loss of state-owned assets.
