Research On The Administrative Investigation System Of Drug Safety Supervision In China

With the continuous development of economy and society,drug safety has drawn more and more attention.From the perspective of administrative investigation,this paper studies the problems existing in the practice of administrative investigation in the field of drug safety in China.The first part of this paper mainly defines the concept of administrative investigation of drug safety supervision.To review the relationship between administrative investigation of drug safety supervision and drug inspection and drug inspection.The second part reviews the basis and implementation of the current drug safety supervision administrative investigation.Mainly according to the content including policy norms,statutory investigation rights norms and administrative investigation procedures.The implementation process of the administrative investigation of drug safety supervision and the specific investigation methods applicable to the investigation and collection of evidence.The three part summarizes the prominent problems existing in the practice of administrative investigation of drug safety supervision with typical cases.This paper mainly expounds the problems existing in the drug investigation and supervision mechanism,the protection of the legal rights and interests of administrative counterparts,the drug supervision and investigation process,evidence,execution connection and investigation and supervision mechanism.In the fourth part,the author puts forward some feasible Suggestions to improve the administrative investigation system of drug safety supervision.To standardize the administration of drug safety supervision organs according to law,and to strengthen drug safety supervision to provide basic ideas,and put forward corresponding Suggestions.We will promote the scientific,professional and law-based operation of the administrative investigation of drug safety supervision.
