The reform of the tax collection and management system kicked off in 2018.Since them,national tax bureaus at the provincial level and below merged with local tax bureaus.The tax departments suffered from the throes of merger,in which the civil servants were overwhelmed by heavy workload and high-intensity study stress and it's harder to get promotion.All these dificulties may lead to job burnout.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have paid more attention to job burnout among civil servants,and find that job burnout among some civil servant groups is getting more serious.With the constant trade conflict between China and the United States in 2019,it is particularly important to implement the national tax and fee reduction policies to effectively reduce the burden on enterprises.The job burnout of taxation civil servants affects the implementation of the State Council's tax and fee reduction policies,and must be given high attention.Therefore,in order to prevent or alleviate the job burnout among tax authorities,it is critical to do research on the job burnout of public servants in the Guangdong tax departments and find out the influencing factors of it.This paper takes the taxation civil servants in Guangdong as the research object.Based on both domestic and foreign study of job burnout,the article measures and analyzes the degree of burnout and the influencing factors of it.The research content is mainly divided into six parts.The first part will intorduce the background,significance of the research,the related research at home and abroad,as well as research methods.The second part will clarify the relevant concepts and the theoretical framework used in the research.The third part is about questionnaires and interviews.The fourth part will put forward targeted preventive measures to alleviate the job burnout of tax authorities.The main research methods include the literature method,questionnaire method and interview method.After collecting all the data,this paper uses SPSS to do the analysis.The research results show that the taxation civil servants in the Guangdong have a moderate degree of job burnout.The influencing factors can be divided into four dimensions: environment,prospect,workload,and income.It is verified that there is positive correlation between the degree of job burnout and these influcing fators.Based on the analysis and actual work of tax departments,this paper poses some preventive and constructive suggestions to job burnout,including improving the working environment,offering more employee care,and expanding the promotion space,ect.This article uses questionnaire to investigate and analyze the degree of burnout among civil servants in the Guangdong tax departments and its influencing factors,and then proposes targeted intervention measures in the hope that it will help taxation civil servants to prevent and resolve job burnout as well as provide referengce to other institutions after the institutional reform.
