Research On International Legal System Of Crime Governance In Dark Net

With the development of onion routing,the dark network with anonymity is rapidly developing as a carrier of crimes.Crimes such as population trading,drug trafficking,terrorist organizations,and pornography are intensifying.Crimes such as “farmer market” and “Hansa” The destruction of the trading platform reveals the tip of the iceberg of the crime of darknet.It can be said that the crime of the darknet has already threatened the protection of personal rights,national network security,and international order management.As a part of the Internet,the Dark Net is increasingly important for its governance,and no country can ignore it.As an emerging field,the international governance system of cybercrime is not perfect,and the conflict and cooperation caused by the crime of darknet will become a new challenge for international entities.In order to effectively deal with the threat of dark network crime,based on summarizing the existing international cybercrime governance regulations,this paper aims to explore the international governance countermeasures of darknet crime.This paper is divided into three main parts: introduction,main body of the paper,and conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research,the summary of research results and research methods.The main part of the thesis is divided into four chapters for writing.Starting from the necessity of international crime of dark net crime,the existing international legal system of cybercrime is analyzed to discuss the content and deficiencies of the current international governance of cybercrime.On the basis of the characteristics,explore the mode and content of the international governance of darknet crimes;finally settle down on China's measures to deal with the crime of darknet crimes,from the improvement of existing domestic laws,the specific implementation of international cooperation content to face the crime of darknet crimes.
