Innovative Research On The Governance Model Of Underdeveloped Regions Under The Perspective Of Governance Modernization

The third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity.Now,China has entered a period of rapid development of modernization,the less developed areas are the weakest area in the development ofChina's economy and society,it plays an important role in the modernization of national governance.How to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,according to the status quo of governance modernization.Research on the level of government governance in less developed areas,need to analyze the current situation of the governance of less developed areas.For a long time,the design and choice of the development pattern of local government in Underdeveloped Areas,objectively,there are different degrees of deviation,caused many problems in the development process.For example,the cost of unscientific regional development planning,the existence of urban and rural two yuan structure,and local industrial areas extensive.These problems have always existed in the process of promoting modernization in less developed areas,no good for regional development,But because of the different characteristics of the region,has not been able to draw on a wide range of experience.So,what kind of governance structure is effective for less developed areas?How to build a suitable governance model to adapt to the social economy? Can we put forward an experience that can be widely used in less developed areas?This is the public management scholars should seriously study and answer questions.Based on the theory of modernization of government governance,taking the government governance mode in less developed areas as the research object,based on the theory of governance modernization and governance.This paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the practice of the government governance mode in less developed areas,analyze the appropriate mechanism,system and concept in the development of governance,and then put forward the experience of governance for less developed areas,hope to provide some suggestions and prospects for possiblefuture development path.
