Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Land Law Enforcement Supervision In Zhaoqing

With the increasing demand for land and the increasingly strict control of land use,the contradiction between land use and land law enforcement is becoming more and more obvious,and the large illegal base of land has become a major problem in the supervision of land law enforcement in China.The development of market economy and the influence of government intervention make the implementation of land law enforcement face enormous challenges.This paper attempts to analyze the phenomena in land law enforcement from five aspects,and further analyzes the essential problems and the causes of their existence,and looks for the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.This paper first describes the background of land management and supervision,analyzes the significance of the research from the perspectives of economy,policy and society,and makes use of the research results of domestic and foreign literature as the theoretical basis of this paper.And then describe the changes of land use data in Zhaoqing in recent years,the composition of human resources,the illegal land use situation of the annual satellite film,the illegal manifestation and the effectiveness of the illegal land use investigation.The present situation and typical results of land law enforcement and supervision in Zhaoqing City are put forward.Then the typical cases and interview records of key projects,rural land violations and law enforcement status are expounded and the problems existing in the supervision of land law enforcement in Zhaoqing City are put forward.Through the analysis of the reasons of market economy,land supervision and technical resources,and then try to combine the principles of the central government on social management system from administrative supervision,government responsibility,social coordination,public participation,This paper puts forward substantive countermeasures and suggestions on the application of technology and hopes that these suggestions will promote the effectiveness of land law enforcement and supervision in Zhaoqing City.
