Design And Implementation Of Law Enforcement System For Yunzhong Commercial Logistics Park In Datong City

With the continuous development of information technology,information management has become an important management mode and concept of current government administration.In administrative law enforcement departments,internal information management is mainly the management of paper materials.In the past,manual management mode was mainly used.It is not only inefficient,but also prone to errors due to negligence.With the increasingly heavy administrative tasks and increasing workload,the traditional manual management model has been difficult to meet the needs of administrative management in the new era.It is of great significance to develop a set of law enforcement management system suitable for the Yunzhong Commercial Logistics Park in Datong City.In the process of designing and implementing the law enforcement system of Yunzhong Commercial and Trade Logistics Park in Datong City,the business and functional requirements of the whole system are analyzed in detail in the light of the actual law enforcement and user needs of the park.On this basis,the acceptance and execution of law enforcement cases included in the system are completed by UML modeling.Four functional modules are designed,including bill processing,law enforcement file management and law enforcement announcement and evaluation.Using SQlite database technology and MySQL database technology,the database of the whole law enforcement system is built.SOA architecture technology is selected in the design of the whole system architecture.Combining with the analysis of the actual functional requirements of the system,the functional modules of the system are divided and designed in the process of designing the functional modules of the system.In the design of each functional module,the functional structure diagram,working sequence diagram,workflow diagram and class diagram are completed.According to the design of functional modules,the overall E-R diagram of the database of the paper system is designed,and the corresponding data information table is designed.Finally,the four functional modules are implemented and tested.The system's function test and performance test results show that the law enforcement system fully meets the expected design requirements,and all performance indicators meet the requirements.At present,the whole law enforcement system has entered the actual operation stage,and has been fully deployed in Yunzhong Commercial and Trade Logistics Park of Datong City.The application of this system will effectively improve the planning of the administrative law enforcement work of Datong City Administration,ensure the institutionalization of the work,straighten out the logic of the business,and play a positive role in improving the efficiency of administrative law enforcement and internal management.In addition,information management can facilitate decision makers to understand and grasp the current situation of administrative law enforcement in a timely manner,and can provide strong support for decision-making.
