| At present,the overall number of migrant workers in city is continuously increasing in China,and the contradiction between the needs of migrant workers to improve the urban housing environment and reality is one of the main problems they encountered.In recent years,local governments have constantly modified and improved the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Funds.The rights and interests of migrant workers can be gradually increased through the payment of the provident fund,but the actual payment situation is still not optimistic.Although it is determined whether or not to pay the provident fund is not only depends on the migrant workers.However,due to the urban and rural social environment differences caused by unique urban-rural dual structure in china,the rights awareness of migrant workers is generally low.Most of them do not actively seek to pay the provident fund when they work.Awareness.By raising the awareness of the rights of migrant workers,it will not only change their attitude towards the provident fund,but also promote their sense of identity among urban residents and better integrate into urban society.This paper selects appropriate cases,and interview methods is adopted for carrying out analysis and discussion on their life experiences,analyzing the underlying reasons for their negative attitude towards the provident fund and lack of rights awareness.In addition,under the guidance of constructivist learning theory and cognitive behavior theory,through the intervention of individual cases,enhance their cognition of the provident fund,change the original irrational beliefs,re-construct the owner’s rights awareness,and help raise the contribution of the provident fund and awareness of relative labor rights and interests,promote them adapt to the city’s life. |
