Research On The Policy Adaptation Of Housing Provident Fund In Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province

The outbreak of the new type of coronary pneumonia at the end of 2019 has caused many negative impacts on the operation of enterprises and the resumption of work and production.Around the policy objectives of reducing the burden on enterprises,all sectors of society have launched a big discussion on the preservation and abolition of the housing provident fund system,which also reflects the urgency of the reform of the housing provident fund system.Policy flexibility is a common phenomenon in the process of public policy implementation.It is the corresponding adjustment of some contents or forms based on the overall framework of the original system and combined with the actual situation.However,the regulations on the administration of housing provident fund has not been revised since its introduction in 2019.In the new era of rapid economic and social development and high-speed operation of the real estate industry,it is difficult to continue to implement the original housing provident fund system.In this process,all localities,according to their own actual conditions,have made various policy explorations and adjustments,and formulated a variety of flexible policies.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the issue of housing provident fund policy adaptation.By analyzing and absorbing the research results of domestic scholars on the housing provident fund system and policy adaptation,this paper systematically grasps the relevant theoretical knowledge of the housing provident fund system and policy adaptation,and takes the current situation of Zhaoqing housing provident fund policy adaptation and four related cases as the research object,and uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and descriptive statistical analysis to analyze the phenomenon of housing provident fund policy adaptation in detail,Analyze the specific reasons for the policy adaptation of the four cases,find out the gap between the policy adaptation and the public expectation,so as to provide suggestions for the reform of the housing provident fund system and provide direction for the policy adaptation of Zhaoqing housing provident fund.
