Research On The Operation Of Housing Provident Fund System In Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia

Housing fund as an important policy to protect people's livelihood housing,but there are still various problems in the operation process.Inner Mongolia Xingan Meng League housing accumulation fund management center is the same.In order to make the housing accumulation fund better popularize and apply,and solve the problems existing in the operation of Xing An Meng League housing accumulation fund system,we can't wait.This paper takes Xing An Meng League housing accumulation fund management center as the object,summarizes the concept,function and housing market of housing accumulation fund system through literature research,and finds problems in the operation of housing accumulation fund system in combination with the urban characteristics of Xing An Meng League: the management level needs to be improved,the base of housing accumulation fund payment is unreasonable,and the utilization rate of housing accumulation fund is low The credit risk of loans is high,and low-income groups are difficult to enjoy housing accumulation fund treatment.In order to improve the housing accumulation fund system of Xing An Meng League,through the study of foreign developed countries and domestic cities with more advanced development,a large number of data are used to systematically analyze the housing accumulation fund of Xing An Meng League,and some practical suggestions are put forward for the problems found therein.
