Research On Fair Distribution Under The Concept Of Shared Development

Equitable distribution has always been a beautiful goal we pursued,and it has always been inseparable from the development of human society.Entering a new era,on the one hand,China has ranked second in the world in terms of total economic development.On the other hand,with the "miracle" of economic growth,how to equitably allocate the fruits of reform and development has increasingly attracted the attention of the whole society.The major contradictions in our country have changed in the new era.Therefore,it is imperative to solve the problem of inadequate development imbalance and safeguard fairness and justice.Only by constantly looking for the best state of development can we balance the contradictions between economic development and social justice.Under the socialist system of distribution according to work,the idea of sharing the concept of development not only provides the preconditions and possibilities for equitable distribution,but also guides the current development action and measures the scale of social equitable distribution.Of course,the integration of shared development concepts into equitable distribution differs from traditional egalitarianism and also from the on-demand distribution of communist societies,not to mention capital allocation under the capitalist exploitation system.Therefore,we must soberly recognize two issues:First,distribution is connected with development,with a phased and relativistic nature.The analysis of the fair distribution of socialism at the primary stage of socialism,whether it is analyzing its nature or finding solutions,cannot be separated from the stage of development in which China is now,and it cannot be separated from the distribution of distribution according to work.Of course,the equitable distribution of socialism at the initial stage is not immutable.Not only is fairness relative,and the gap is also relative.Ultimately,the essence of socialism is to achieve common prosperity.This is a long-term dynamic and balanced process.The second is that the fair distribution under the guidance of shared development and new ideas has specific meanings and realistic pertinence.In the final stage of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way,sharing the development and improving the fair value distribution goal is to achieve social fairness and justice.The key is to give full play to the initiative of all the main bodies of the society to improve the cultural environment,institutional guarantees,and the rule-of-law approach of co-building and sharing;Ensure that the interests of poor and vulnerable groups are shared.Therefore,clarifying the issues and grasping the direction and studying the equitable distribution under the shared development concept are of great significance for promoting the building of a well-to-do society in an all-round way and for winning a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper takes fair development as the main line,closely linked with the concept of shared development,around the fair distribution,taking the income distribution equity in the field of economic life as the main breakthrough point,and taking into account the equitable distribution of other areas,which is composed of five parts.And the main details of each part are summarized as follows:Introduction part.This paper mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the topic selection,summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad,and puts forward specific research methods and the innovation of this paper.The first part is a general overview.Firstly,the connotation and basic characteristics of the concept of shared development are clarified,and the essence of the concept of shared development is defined.Secondly,this paper summarizes the essence of socialist fair distribution from four aspects of"distribution","fairness","the socialist principle of distribution according to work"and "the requirements of socialist fair distribution",and grasps the essence of this article.Finally,from the two perspectives of theory and practice,this paper discusses what is equitable distribution under the concept of shared development,and further defines the guiding role of shared development concept in promoting equitable distribution.The second part,from the three aspects of distribution theory,distribution system and distribution practice,analyzes the current situation of distribution in China and the possibility and promotion role of this situation in improving socialist fair distribution.That is,based on the national conditions of the primary stage of socialism in China,this paper focuses on analyzing the relationship between the socialist distribution theory,the socialist distribution system and the socialist distribution practice in three aspects,and the substantive impact on the gradual realization of shared development.Not only clarifying the concept of shared development is the essential requirement of the socialist distribution principle,but also clarifying the relationship between shared development concept and the principle of distribution according to work in the primary stage of socialism.The third part starts with the phenomena and problems.First,it analyzes the existing problems of unfair distribution,and then takes the perspectives of concepts,systems,markets,and other factors as the angle of view.It also specifically analyzes the restrictions on fair distribution.the reason.With reference to theory and reality,we begin with the subjective and objective reasons that restrict fair distribution,and face up to the problems that exist in practice.This part not only finds problems but also paves the way for the next part to propose countermeasures.The fourth part is the foot point of this article,closely linked to the third part,put forward specific optimization path.Through the four paths of sharing ideas,sharing system,sharing the rule of law construction,and multi subject governance,the specific and operable fair allocation measures are carried out.This is a key part of the emphasis is not speak generally fair distribution,to focus,to target groups,sharing system construction is the key link.Using the policy priority to meet the basic needs of the majority of low-income groups,poor groups and vulnerable groups,we can truly integrate the concept of shared development into the distribution practice,and improve the fair distribution.
