Development And Implementation Of The Political And Legal Shared Information Retrieval Service Platform

Informationization is the main feature of today's society and important trend.Nowadays,along with the electronic government affairs related to the infrastructure construction entered a new stage,local or national Public Security Bureau,the Courts at all levels and other judicial departments have established their own internal network system and achieved different degrees of global information coverage in the respective department intranets.However,subject to the influence of the management system,the informatization construction is still fragmented and lack systematic and overall plans.The problem of "line segmentation and incompatibility" between departments is prominent,resulting in the interdepartmental basic network can not be interconnected and information resources can not be shared.There is a huge gap between the current situation and the goal and original intention of information construction,which wastes a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.Therefore,linking the respective information systems of the Public Security Bureau,the Procuratorate,the Court,and the Judiciary has become a top priority.This paper first analyzes the main background of the construction of the political and legal information retrieval service platform,puts forward the necessity and significance of the construction,clarifies the main content of the subject research,and discusses the current status of the subject research.Then we summarize the main technologies used in the platform construction process,and describe their characteristics and working principles.Next we analyze the overall requirements of the platform and the system business processes,and point out the non-functional requirements of the system.This article designs the platform architecture as a whole and designs the platform framework structure,logical architecture,secure access framework,and architecture,and then introduces the platform's functional structure and network deployment,and designs the database from two aspects,the physical model and the database table structure.This article focuses on the detailed design and implementation of the data foundation database construction and data collection.The basic functions of the platform include the instruction system,common statistical reports and common interface configuration functions,which include shared directory query,integrated query,archive query,background check,shared service interface,information verification interface,business collaboration interfaces and so on.What's more,method of function extension are introduced.The system design and implementation process are described through program flow introduction and program code.At the end of this article,the testing process of the security,function,and performance of the platform is introduced to confirm that the platform can be applied normally and meet the performance requirements in the requirements.Through the construction of the platform,the following goals were basically achieved: breaking the situation of inter-departmental status and establishing channels for automatic data collection and exchange;sorting and establishing Data standards for all sectors based on all collected data and related code tables;Providing a variety of interface services,especially provide collaborative services in the form of interfaces that do not do duplicate collaborative function construction,which saves a lot of construction costs for inter-department collaborative work and improves collaborative work efficiency.The research of this topic is of great significance.With the permission of policies and security,the situation of informatization construction of various departments has been broken.This platform has established a mechanism for automatic data collection and exchange on the basis of the security exchange gatekeeper infrastructure,which establishes a bridge for communication and exchange between various departments' intranets.
