Action Research On Improving The Ability Of Rural Elderly Association To Participate In Endowment Rural Community

China's rural population aging has entered a rapid development period,because the traditional family pension function is gradually weakened,the development of social pension services has become an inevitable choice.In the process of the socialization of rural pension service,the participation of social organizations such as rural elderly association can effectively make up for the insufficient supply of rural pension service and play an important role in improving the level of rural pension service.That can improve the ability of rural elderly association to participate in community pension service.In order to improve the rural elderly association to participate in the community endowment service ability,play a greater role in the rural elderly association,to make it better service to participate in the community endowment,this study from a village elderly association in Fujian Nanping as an unit,using literature method,semi-structured interviews,participatory observation method to collect data.Under the guidance of the theory of empowerment,taking the rural "dual community" multi pension project as an example,the service ability of the rural elderly association to participate in community pension was improved through the method of action research.Research shows that the theory of energized practice strategy is suitable for the elderly association to participate in the community endowment service,improve the capacity of participatory action research method can improve the elderly association to participate in the community endowment service ability,while increasing elderly association to participate in the community endowment service used in the "cognitive own value and ability","enhance the psychological support system","increase geriatrics society development skills","create elderly association social interaction opportunities" service strategy is the ability to increase ability of elderly association to participate in community service.Finally,based on the reflection in the process of action,the following Suggestions are proposed to improve the action plan: enrich the methods of demand assessment,clarify the professional role positioning of social workers,and pay attention to professional values in the process of service.
