Research On The Grid Management Of The New Type Community Of Village To Residence

With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,the scope of "village to residence" community has gradually increased.This model is the result of the role of government departments as the leading,other social forces as the common promotion,and based on the wishes of rural people.It is different from traditional rural villages and urban communities to a certain extent.It is a transitional residential community from rural villages to urban communities.The development and reform of community grid management is an important direction for the government to innovate the management concept and explore new methods of social management in the new era.From the current reform pilot situation around the country,although some achievements have been made in promoting and improving community governance,there are still many deficiencies.Therefore,under the background of promoting the development,reform and innovation of social governance system in China,it is of great practical significance to explore and study the reform of community grid management.Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the grid management of community B,and summarizes four problems: the serious political color of the village,the current management is not suitable for the "village to house" community,the residents' enthusiasm for participation is not high,and the social organizations are less involved in governance.On the basis of in-depth analysis of its root causes,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The research shows that since community B was established as the first batch of "grid and fine management reform pilot community" by Yancheng in 2016,after three years of efforts,the grid management reform of community B has achieved preliminary results.However,with the deepening of the reform,some new contradictions and problems have been exposed in the operation of community B grid management system,and effective solutions need to be explored.After the research,this paper believes that there are four problems in community B: the political color of the village is serious,the applicability of current grid management to the community is not strong,the participation of community residents is not high,and the community lacks the introduction of social resources.Further research shows that the main reasons are that the relationship of grid management is not straightened out,the thinking mode of village group is difficult to eliminate,the collaboration and linkage of grid management departments is difficult,and the quality and service level of community workers are different.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
