In recent years,the rapid development of Internet technology has a close relationship between people and the Internet.While network technology is convenient for people's lives,it has also caused various problems of Cybercrime.Telecom Cybercrime are particularly prominent,and the rate of high-tech crimes on the Internet is also high.Nowadays,telecom cybercrime are mainly characterized by a large number of crimes in different places,a wide range of deceptions,and strong shielding.In order to form a safe and reliable Internet ecological environment,it is imperative to prevent and manage cybercrime.This article uses Binyang cybercrime as a research model.It mainly adopts causal analysis,analysis of key issues,and legal governance.Focusing on the new situation and new features of Binyang's cybercrime,focusing on the case of Binyang QQ's cyber fraud,it focuses on analyzing the causes of crime,technical characteristics and the rectification of new types of crime.in addition,from the perspective of legislation,this article focuses on analyzing the legal policies of virtual society,responding to the current characteristics of new cybercrime,strengthening the cooperation between government,enterprises and education departments in a way that combines justice with society,comprehensively managing and scientifically responding to cybercrime.From the perspective of Internet security,it is necessary to improve the crackdown,strengthen social supervision,and improve the technology of Internet security to achieve the purpose of promoting new cybercrime prevention measures and optimizing the social network environment,while building a harmonious,safe and sound social ecological environment.
