With the gradual spread of the new scheme of College Entrance Examination in China,the importance of the comprehensive quality evaluation of regular high school is more and more conspicuous.The reform of it is a highlight,meaning that when enrolling new students,college will give consideration to the comprehensive quality evaluation,instead of the “Only scores theory”.So not only students but also schools and governments pay more attention to the reform of the comprehensive quality evaluation increasingly.Guangxi is scheduled to carry out the College Entrance Examination reform in 2020,and colleges will use the comprehensive quality evaluation in enrolling in 2023.Guangxi has implemented the comprehensive quality evaluation since 2012,but with the implementation in these years,there are still some problems of the comprehensive quality evaluation in Nanning at present.For example,the evaluation system is not scientific enough,the evaluation methods lack of rationality,the means of evaluation is backward,the evaluation archives can't reflect students' potential and speciality and so on.It cannot adjust the matriculating requirement of the College Entrance Examination reform in 2020.My study will start from the view of public policy,doing up the policies of the reform of comprehensive quality evaluation introduced recent years,and expounding the basic situation of the current evaluation in Nanning,analyzing the problems of the present comprehensive quality evaluation and the reasons.And then learning the reform experience from the Shanghai and Zhejiang,putting forward some related suggestions which will further promote the reform.The suggestions form government level include perfecting policy design,perfecting the information management system,building the mechanism of supervision and rewards and punishment,perfecting the evaluation mechanism,strengthen the policy publicity.Meanwhile,my study also offer some advice to schools,such as changing concept,founding the leading group,perfecting the evaluation system,improving the evaluation measures,building the archives,building the electronic information platform,building the Hierarchicalsupervision mechanism,strengthening the training of teachers,students and their parents.My paper is aim to give some basis and reference opinions to the government and high schools about the work of comprehensive quality evaluation from the view of public policy,to boost its reform in Nanning,making it can suit the New Scheme of College Entrance Examination Reform which is around the corner.
