Studyon Fire Safetymanagement Of Abandoned Management Communityin Shenyang

In recent years,the abandonment of residential property is common in Shenyang,especially in some non closed residential areas built at the end of the last century,and the momentum is growing.However,the level of public fire management can not adapt to it,and there is generally a lack of complete public fire management system in abandoned management areas.As a basic work of urban fire prevention,fire protection is also responsible for ensuring social security,stability and harmony.The existing research on fire safety management of abandoned pipe community is relatively general,lack of targeted theory is not detailed enough.Due to the acceleration of urbanization process and the particularity of abandoned management community,the existing fire safety management system can not be fully applied to such community,which conflicts with Shenyang's determination to build a public service government.How to improve its fire safety management is the focus of this paper,so this paper studies the fire safety management of abandoned management community in Shenyang Content: taking four abandoned management communities in Shenyang as the research object,through the interview and investigation of local residents and cadres of the housing committee,this paper analyzes the function of fire safety management in abandoned management communities,analyzes the current situation and existing problems.The research combines the theory of multi center governance and grid management,data collected from domestic and foreign literature,investigation and interview,etc.,and takes Shenyang abandoned management community as an example to elaborate its current fire safety situation,under the guidance of fire safety laws and regulations,combined with social security management,improve and supplement the current fire environment,and clarify the work functions and processes of relevant departments Through combing and analyzing the fire safety problems,the main problems are that the fire safety management is not in place,the residents' awareness of fire prevention and self rescue is weak,the fire supervision and inspection is insufficient,and the fire facilities are insufficient.After discussing the experience of community fire safety management at home and abroad,the author thinks that the suggestions to solve the problems of fire safety management in abandoned management community should be three aspects: to construct the community fire autonomy system,to strengthen the safety publicity of the community personnel and to make clear the management unit of fire equipment.The research will help to further improve the public fire safety management of a large number of abandoned communities in Shenyang.Build a good fire environment,put an end to all fire hazards,and provide a solid backing for the economic development of Shenyang.
