Community Management Research Of Xu Ge Zhuang Street Based On Grid Management

Community is the basic unit of the city, and community management is the most fundamental component of urban management. However, as China’s economy steady and rapid growth, urbanization, urban community management encountered many problems. For example: migrant workers brought increased population mobility, security, community decline, uneven allocation of resources, access to information is not timely, the management responsibilities to implement unclear and so on. Therefore, the current community management model has been unable to adapt to the needs of modern management. Community management requires an innovative management model, this new management model should with the rapid development of computer information came into being. It is the product of information technology development.Grid management is a new concept in recent years, appearing in management practice, and it’s also a new thinking of management innovation in theory. It combines the accuracy, timeliness, dynamics and other new management philosophy. What’s more, it uses advanced computer information technology, integrates a variety of resources and analyses them synthetically. The integration of grid management technology and community management concept forms a new type of community management—Community Grid Management. It divides management contents into parts and events, deploys all the utilizable resources of the communities, and determines the breadth and width of management. Then the grids are divided and administered in accordance with the actual situation of the community, and the processes and institutions of management were re-integration. This new dynamic community management model has changed the past management situation and achieves a dynamic management. It greatly improves the efficiency of community management through information management platform.In the background of the Xu Ge Zhuang Street community status, this paper introduces grid management model into community management after analyzing problems and needs of community management, and will be facilitated in order of asking questions- analysis of the problem- to solve the problem. Firstly, introduce the background and significance of this research project, and described the research content and research methods. Secondly, elaborate on the meaning of community management, grid theory and community grid management, and analyze the research status. Thirdly, analyze the problems and reasons of community management and emphasize the necessity of community grid management after investigating the status of Xu Ge Zhuang Street community management. Fourthly, divide grids scientifically, improve the organizational system, build information management platform,optimize business processes and establish evaluation system to architecture community grid management system. At last, analyze the practical significance of community grid management of Xu Ge Zhuang Street.
