Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),Chinese government has gradually transformed from a managed government to a service-oriented government.With the downshift of government functions and the move towards the goal of "separating government from society" in the socialist administrative system with Chinese characteristics,community has become the smallest unit of current social governance and the basic unit of "building a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing" proposed in the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC).In this background,how community workers who engage in full-time community work acquire their professional identity,how they evaluate their career and then how to design their career has become a problem that needs to be paid attention to.Based on the theoretical background of the model of state and society,this paper puts forward the concept of dynamic administrative absorption by understanding the concepts of political absorption and the third field,and combining the relevant governance logic presented by the "project system" research which has been concerned by the academic circles in recent years.This paper analyzes the phenomenon of community workers' career choice from the perspective of dynamic administrative absorption.The theory of political absorption of society highlights the practical logic of administrative power dominating social organizations.The concept of the third field shows that such control is not a one-way process,in which civil power will respond to specific situations to some extent,which expands the former's single understanding of bilateral relations.However,the concept of the third domain,like the theory of administrative absorption society,is characterized by a single substantive understanding of administrative power,that is to say,they have poor consideration of the hierarchical differences between the bureaucratic systems within administrative power and the differences in associated management requirements.Part of its hierarchical system exists.The acquisition of its administrative resources,because of the need of the administrative system has changed.Under the guidance of specific policies,this change(instability)showed differences between different batches of community work recruits.This is the external system condition that affects the choice of community worker's occupation evaluation.The author takes the community workers standardized employed in S city in 2014 as the specific research object,and through the analysis of the career choice of this group,it isconcluded that the industry nature and the development expectation provided by this group are more important factors for individual career choice.However,individuals' psychological expectation of career development is related to their own human capital conditions and social capital conditions,as well as their own industry nature,social status and associated social identity.From the perspective of dynamic administrative absorption,the community association organizes the acquisition of administrative resources due to the change of the administrative system.When the community association organization obtains abundant administrative resources and has the possibility to join the administrative system,the relevant subjects are relatively stable in the organization,and once the administrative resources are reduced,the relevant subjects immediately flow through their own ability.By analyzing the impact of national policies on individuals' career choices,the author further analyzes the impact of national policies on the development of groups and social organizations,and further tries to discuss the development direction of grassroots community governance model in Chinese social transformation period.
