Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Urban Community Governance In My Country In The New Era

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the continuous improvement of national policies,the continuous expansion of the scope of population mobility,and the continuous improvement of residents’ sense of autonomy.Great changes have taken place in the mainstream form of the dynamic mechanism of urban communities in China.The traditional dynamic mechanism dominated by administrative means has been fundamentally replaced,and the cooperative dynamic mechanism of communities under the combination of government promotion and community autonomy has become a universal model.Some communities show signs of transition from cooperative to community-led dynamic mechanism.This change in community dynamics brings about deeper structural changes.The way people interact with each other and the governance system of the community are also becoming increasingly complex and diversified.Using structural functionalism theory as the analytical framework,this paper use the method of qualitative research through the interview method,observation method to study M community dynamic mechanism operation characteristics and further discussion and analysis of its operation process and logic,community dynamic mechanism as well as the social system is put forward,with functions of adaptation to the environment,the target function,integration function and maintain function model,jointly promote the mechanism transformation,and further analyzes its forming mechanism and the practical contradictions in the M rules of dynamic mechanism of community participation and coordination of targeted policy Suggestions,in order to guide the community dynamic mechanism more tolerant,rationalization.
