Research On Supervision Of Educational Training Institutions In Primary And Middle Schools In Yingkou City

The education and training industry in primary and secondary schools is developing rapidly,but the quality of education is uneven and the types of education are complex,resulting in various education problems.Effective government supervision measures are very necessary.Yingkou area is a region with strong economic development strength in liaoning province.In order to standardize the development order of the education and training industry,improve the service quality of the education and training industry,and promote the strength of education development in Yingkou city,this paper,from the perspective of government supervision,combined with the current situation of education and training supervision in primary and secondary schools in Yingkou city,proposes practical thinking.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey to understand the day-long environment of the education and training industry of Yingkou city's primary and secondary schools,and thinks about the problems and causes of the government regulation.Based on the combination of theory and practice,this paper comprehensively grasps the research status at home and abroad and lays a theoretical foundation for the research.On this basis,the government supervision of primary and secondary education and training institutions in Yingkou area was investigated and the following problems were found.There are some problems in the examination and approval process of government supervision of off-campus training market of primary and secondary schools in Yingkou city,such as lack of supervision power,loopholes in teaching process supervision and unsatisfactory supervision effect.The reasons for the above problems are the lack of legal basis for the examination of education registration qualification,the unclear rights and responsibilities of the supervision body,the incomplete content of education supervision and the lack of effective feedback and supervision on the supervision results.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the positive supervision of Yingkou primary and secondary education and training institutions,this paper puts forward four countermeasures.By formulating sound regulations and policies on the examination and approval of education registration,the direction and basis of government supervision shall be clarified.To clarify the defects of government supervision of education and training;To realize the government supervision of the whole process of teaching;Establish a sound regulatory feedback mechanism.Through the continuous improvement of Yingkou municipal government's supervision ability,the orderly development of the market environment for primary and secondary school education and training in Yingkou city has been continuously promoted,so as to ensure the protection of parents and children.
