Case Study On The Contradiction Between Mother-in-law And Daughter-in-law Of Rural Left-behind Women

For the development of socialist harmonious society and the construction of new countryside,it is very important to pay attention to the contradiction between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law of rural left-behind women.This paper is based on a tension between the women stayed behind for garrison in rural old woman daughter-in-law relationship,using literature research,choosing left-behind family more H village in jiangsu province as the research point,using a structured interview method and semi-structured interview method,respectively,of village cadres,director of the interview and the women stayed behind for garrison in rural area,summed up the old woman daughter-in-law relation of unstable adverse reactions of left-behind women,to work through a case of intervention to illustrate the feasibility of operation.On this basis,the author finds that the contradiction between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law mainly manifests itself in:Old woman daughter-in-law,old woman daughter-in-law character of the differences between the discriminative treatment in dealing with sister-in-law,irrational cognition as well as the long-term relationship between bad,old woman to solve these problems,the writer and director feasible agreed service plan,and use case work methods and techniques for professional intervention,after repeated counseling activities,improving the service object,mitigate the unstable relationship between old woman daughter-in-law,finally through the process of assessment and evaluation,shows that case services basic to achieve the aim of the author and director mutual,final settlement,present a relatively comprehensive case service process.Finally,the author according to the existing problems and deficiencies to carry on the summary and reflection,summed up the case work intervention has the advantage of professional services,in the process of intervention in the proper use of the professional function of social workers and professional intervention to promote family harmony and stability,and to carry out case service process,the problems for reflection,so as to the future of social work intervention in rural left-behind women in-law conflict provides practical basis and related literature on the basis of the research.
