The way of migrant workers flow is family oriented. In the traditional rural families, the living style of husband and wife is "from husband" and the mode of gender division is "male dominated, female dominated",with the father-child relationship as the core operation. But the rural population flow, especially the whole family flow, the floating family from the countryside to the city, from the type of traditional big family to the core family, the floating family husband and wife relationship not only retains the traditional color in the process of flow, but also integrates the modern thought. At the same time, the economic, power and emotional aspects of the family also change correspondingly. The migration of the floating family makes the couple work hard for survival in the city and at the same time need to pay attention to the feelings of family members. If we can not deal with the relationship between work and family well, family conflicts will come one after another, which will affect the relationship between husband and wife and the stability of the family,at the same time, affect the physical and mental health of children, and even threaten the normal operation of social order. This study discusses the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in the long-term conflict between husband and wife from the current situation of the relationship between husband and wife and the performance of the conflict between husband and wife. This paper focuses on the use of Satya family treatment mode to change the communication mode between the husband and wife of mobile families,to help these families to respond reasonably and actively in the face of conflict,to maintain the emotional and social functions of the husband and wife, and to maintain the harmony and stability of the family.
