Research On The Improvement Of District Party Committee Supervision Efficiency

Party Committee Supervision is an important part of the Party's work,that promotes implementation and advance of the Party's policies.Through this work,the Party's conduct can be improved,as well as enable the Party to maintain close bond with the people.Recently,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In pace with the the steps to carry out the five-sphere integrated plan and the four-pronged comprehensive strategy,the Party gets heavier workloads and higher standards in supervision work.It is essential that district party committee to realize the aim of the Party,meet the people's increasing needs for a better life,and strengthen the centralized,unified leadership of the Party.Therefore,how to remove the barriers and improve efficiency in supervision work,focusing on the implementation of the major principles,policies,decisions,and plans of the Party Central Committee,has become a valuable question.This paper takes Caidian District,Wuhan City as the research object,which is supported by the theory of Administrative management,public policy and administrative supervision.Combining practical situation of supervision work in Caidian District,Wuhan City,this paper analyzes comprehensively on the the existing circumstances and problems through literature analysis,case studies,interview method and survey method.Besides,this paper sums up typical cases and advanced experience in the hope of providing some beneficial references for local Party Committee in the new era.
