The international situation in the post Cold War era has emerged as a world political multi polarization, economic globalization, and the new features of the global problems. The international order is in a period of transition and remodeling is an indisputable fact. The current international order is still dominated by western countries, and the international order dominated by Western values has been undergoing some profound changes. However, the international order transformation based on the Western values, its essence is to continue to serve the developed countries with vested interests. China has values of communism that different from the Western values, with the values of fairness, justice and civilization based on the traditional culture that "benevolence", "righteousness", "Ceremony". International order led by West is not reasonable. C hina want s to promote the transformation of the international order, need to make a contribution from the view of the international order. According to the international situation and national conditions, China has put forward the concept of international order in different historical periods.Socialist international order led by Soviet, peaceful coexistence five principles, "division of the three worlds" theory, the establishment of a new international order, new security concept, harmonious world, the view of international order—— "community of destiny". C hinese foreign policy is the practice of the view of C hinese international order, which is formulated in accordance with the international background of the specific period. Before the reform and opening up, C hinese diplomacy has been insisting on the struggle for peace, the active development of new C hinese diplomatic relations and the independent new type of diplomacy. After the reform and opening up, C hinese foreign policy is to strengthen the partnership, the development of new relations between major powers, the development of friendly relations between neighboring countries, deepen cooperation and solidarity with the developing countries. The change of Chinese international order view and the changes of Chinese diplomacy are mutually influenced, and the reconstruction of Chinese diplomacy and international order is an active role.In the new historical period, C hina is actively involved in shaping the new international order, China will adhere to the theory of Marx’s international relations as a guide to promote international order reconstruction. Under the background of the transformation of international order, the rise of C hina faces with an unclear strategic purpose. C hina’s development faces the dilemma of the international social discourse, which caused by "new colonialism", "C hina military threat" and "responsibility theory in China". China faces the obstacles caused by the transformation of the international order. China faces the challenge of "reality" from the sea, space, network and other fields. Through the analysis and discussion of these contradictions and problems faced by C hina, the article put forwards that which C hina should be done in the reconstruction of the international order. That is to say, C hina should be an active shaper, a creative shaper, a leader and a coordinator in the reconstruction of the international order. C hina should response to the suspicion of international society. China should pay more attention to the construction of soft power in promoting the international new order, focus on advocacy, providing new standards and new ideas. C hina should become a responsible country in the reconstruction of the international order. Through the Chinese diplomatic of successful diplomacy to position China international role, it is meaningful for steadily push forward the new international order towards a fair and reasonable direction of transformation.
