In recent years,the level of urbanization in Wenzhou is getting higher and higher,and it has reached the level of urbanization in the more developed countries in the West.At the same time,the income and consumption level of urban and rural residents also maintain a steady rise,and the consumer market has a lot of room for development,which to a large extent creates conditions for the development of fashion industry.As far as Wenzhou's overall situation is concerned,further speeding up the development of fashion industries such as clothing,jewelry and jewelry is not only the basic requirement for the local construction of "high-precision"economic structure,but also plays an important role in repositioning the function of fashion new city.In this context,it is clear that the path of fashion industry development Of particular importance.From the current actual situation,the academic research in fashion industry is relatively small,and the scope of research is relatively narrow.In view of this,it is of great significance to study the development path of Wenzhou market industry.This paper chooses the development of Wenzhou fashion industry as a breakthrough point,collects the domestic and foreign literature on this subject,and comprehensively uses literature research,case analysis and other methods.Firstly,I define the concept of fashion industry,and introduce the theory of government behavior from the perspective of management.Then I analyze the current situation of Wenzhou fashion industry.Although Wenzhou's development of fashion industry has certain economic and industrial basis,unique business tradition,cultural basis and unique resources,Wenzhou's fashion industry still has Problems such as insufficient planning and guidance,insufficient government support,and insufficient investment in public products due to the lack of creativity in opening up,systematic thinking in policy formulation and strategic deployment in overall planning.This paper reviews the development path of Wenzhou fashion industry from traditional industry to fashion manufacturing industry and then to fashion intelligent manufacturing industry,combines the experience of Italian fashion industry development,and refers to the relevant theory of government behavior.In the end,this paper gives some suggestions for the government to support the fashion industry,such as playing the role of decision-making guidance,increasing the role of planning coordination and strengthening the role of public service.
