Promote Research On Legal Guarantees For The Construction Of China-Myanmar Cross-border Economic Cooperation Zones

At present,in order to further enhance China's peaceful and friendly relations with neighboring countries to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results,China is cooperating with countries along the "Belt and Road",and actively plan the construction of six economic corridors,which including China-Mongolia,New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge,China-Central Asia,China-Central South Peninsula,China-Pakistan,Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar.The China-Myanmar Cross-border Economic Cooperation Zone,due to its own geographical advantages,can form agglomeration effects and radiation effects,and drive the development of the entire cooperation zone.Therefore,the construction of China-Myanmar Cross-border Economic Cooperation Zone is the main starting point for promoting the construction of China-Myanmar Economic Corridor.At the same time,it is also of great significance for the future construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt.However,when we promote the construction of the China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone,we must recognize that it is a new type of economic cooperation model between China and Myanmar,and there are still many legal problems.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the four aspects of legal basis,supervision mode,preferential policy and dispute settlement mechanism in cross-border construction,aiming to provide a clear idea for the future construction of China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone,and the smooth operation of the China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is an overview of the China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone.Firstly,through the analysis of relevant concepts,point out the meaning of the cross-border economic cooperation zone,to introduce the current situation of the construction of the China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone.The second chapter introduces the existing legal basis of the China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone.From the two levels of international law and domestic law,to sort out The legal sources of the China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone and detail analysis of China's domestic law,Myanmar'sdomestic law,and China-Myanmar bilateral treaties,as well as the main provisions of multilateral treaties to join.The third chapter is the legal issue of the China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone.Mainly by analyzing the development status of the China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone,the current cross-border economy of China and Myanmar from the perspectives of the legal basis,supervision mode,preferential policies and dispute settlement mechanism of the cross-border economic cooperation zone,to sum up the main legal issues that have occurred in the cooperation.The fourth chapter is the experience of representative cross-border economic cooperation zones.Mainly through the study of cross-border economic cooperation zones between China,Kazakhstan,China and Laos,and China and Vietnam successful experiences,aiming at exploring the construction and development of China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone in the future to find an feasible path.The fifth chapter is the legal proposal for promoting the construction of China-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zone.Through the analysis and research of the previous chapters,and drawing on the successful experience of typical cross-border economic cooperation zones,we propose suggestions from four aspects:legal basis,management mode,preferential policies and dispute resolution,to promote cross-border economic cooperation between China and Myanmar.Further promote The construction and development of the district In-depth development of China-Myanmar economic cooperation.
