A Study On The Governance Of Cross Border Marriage Between China And Vietnam

China Vietnam is close to the cross-border exchanges with multi-ethnic groups,and the marriage between the two countries has a long history.With the relaxation of the relations between China and Vietnam in recent years,bilateral trade and personnel exchanges are frequent.The number of transnational marriage in the border between China and Vietnam has reached unprecedented development.The marriage problem is becoming more prominent,the difficulty of governance is becoming more and more serious,which has become an unavoidable practical problem.Based on the "one belt,one road" initiative,Yunnan province has built up a new highland for the border area and the orientation of radiation centers in South Asia and Southeast Asia.It has also incorporated the governance of cross-border marriage issues into the border governance category.Further strengthening the governance and exploration of transnational marriage issues between China and Vietnam will help accelerate the modernization process of Yunnan’s border governance system and governance capability.Therefore,this paper makes a field investigation on the typical multi-ethnic village in the border area of Mu Gui Village,Funing County,Yunnan Province,and takes the way of in-depth interviews and semi-participation observation to understand and master the development of the domestic and marriage in the border of China and Vietnam.By means of the theory of push pull,marriage and family,ethnic identity and governance,this paper attempts to analyze and sort out the causes,characteristics and distribution of transnational marriage in the border of China Vietnam,and to analyze and sort out the current situation of the governance of transnational marriage in the border of China Vietnam and the large number of illegal stock of transnational marriage along the border of China Vietnam,low marriage registration rate In order to maintain the social security and stability of the border areas,the poverty intergenerational cycle and identity crisis are in reality,exploring the governance concept and objectives of transnational marriage in the border of China and Vietnam,and working together from the national level,government level and social level to jointly promote the development of cross-border marriage governance in China Vietnam border.
