A Case Study On The Communication Of Anti-domestic Violence Law

China's first law to prevent domestic violence and protect victims of domestic violence — Anti-Domestic Violence Law of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as Anti-Domestic Violence Law)became effective on March 1st,2016.The promulgation marks the formation of a domestic violence prevention system in China,which is a milestone.However,it only means a staged victory in anti-domestic violence actions.It does not naturally lead to a good enforcement effect.It still requires law to spread its influence and enforcement power.At present,the communication subjects with different attributes use various communication channels to disseminate the legal provisions and legal spirit of Anti-Domestic Violence Law according to the different target audiences.However,as a law that has just been implemented for four years,whether it is There is still much room for improvement in supporting policies,so this article selects the propagation of Anti-Domestic Violence Law as a case,sums up its experience and deficiencies through research and analysis of the status of its transmission,and provides some suggestions for China's legal communication.This article analyzes the communicators,content,channels,audiences,and effects of communication through quantitative research and qualitative research,and explore the interaction between them and the impact of the external environment.Insufficient understanding,part of the communication content is missing,the form of individual communication channels is greater than the shortcomings of the content and the subjective initiative of the audience to limit the communication effect.Therefore,two communication suggestions are proposed: first,to elaborate the responsibility of the main body of communication,to lead and promote other organizations by the public authority,especially to actively cooperate with media organizations to enhance the transparency of legal information;second,to innovate legal communication concepts and communication channels Instead of one-way missionary education as a legal interaction,it also actively absorbed the spontaneous power of public communication in the process of communication.The analysis and summary of the current status of Anti-Domestic Violence Law can help us understand and study legal communication,dissect and analyze the internal structure,links and elements of legal communication activities,showing its process and systemicness.And on this basis,he will enlighten and predict the specificcommunication practice,adjust the relationship between the various elements,and better promote the legal communication activities.
