With the rapid development of social economy and network information technology,network transmission and network storage bring great convenience to people's lives.At the same time,the leakage of personal information is more and more prominent because of the catalysis of the Internet.It is getting more and more serious for protecting the personal information of citizens.In 2016,the Ministry of Public Security launched the first special campaign on the theme of “Combating the Crime of Remedying Network Infringement of Citizens' Personal Information”,and intensified efforts to crack down on crimes,which is the usage of online platforms and network means to infringe citizens' personal information.Since computer electronic forensics in China are at the initial stage in terms of laws,regulations,scientific and technological levels,especially in the electronic forensics procedures and technical means of criminal cases,there are still various shortcomings that need to be improved.This thesis is aimed at the research of electronic forensics in the crime of infringing citizens' personal information by means of network.First,in the aspects of electronic evidence and electronic forensics,the differences between cyber-infringement citizens' personal information crimes and other types of cybercrime are compared.Second,it introduces the current situation of electronic forensics of citizens' personal information crimes invading citizens.Based on the cases,it brings up the problems of legitimacy and integrity and the analysis of the cause.Then examine and draw on the relevant legislation and evidence collection procedures in Germany and the United States.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for improving the electronic forensics of criminal infringement of citizens' personal information,which improves the legitimacy of the subject of forensics,and examining the truth of electronic evidence.
