On June 18,2017,the Indian army crossed the border into the Chinese Doklam area to prevent the ongoing road construction project in China.The Doklam incident broke out and the two sides confronted the area for more than two months.The incident of Dong Lang reflects the complex relationship between China,India and Bhutan.Bhutan is a small inland country in South Asia,sandwiched between two developing countries in Asia,China and India.India's control over Bhutan's economic,diplomatic,military and other aspects has cut off Bhutan's ties with the outside world.Therefore,it is difficult for Bhutan's diplomatic relations with the outside world and China to normalize.The Doklam confrontation incident is also in this background.Suddenly broke out.The Doklam incident triggered the Sino-Indian crisis.Although it was finally resolved peacefully,the boundary crisis reflected could not be ignored.Since Bhutan's external relations have been intervened by India,China-China relations and border issues have also been largely influenced by India.By reviewing the cause and effect of Doklam's confrontational events,this paper illustrates the development and evolution of the non-special relationship and the historical status quo of the relationship between China and Africa,and the future development and trend of China-China relations.Exploring with the prospects.At present,Bhutan has not yet established formal diplomatic relations with China.Bhutanhas been seeking diplomatic independence in the past.China should pay attention to the development of relations with Bhutan.In-depth research and thinking on this are of great practical significance for efforts to normalize relations with Bhutan and to ensure the smooth implementation of China's peripheral diplomatic strategy.
