Study On The Strategy Of Creating Civilized City Groups In Dawan District Of Guangdong,Hong Kong And Macao From The Perspective Of Secretary

As the national strategy that General Secretary Xi Jinping personally planned,personally deployed and personally promoted,the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao is sailing and striving to create a world-class Bay Area.Promoting the development of the Greater Bay Area in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,industrial cooperation and economic integration are indispensable.However,cultural exchanges,the integration of civilizations,and the integration of life are equally important,and even more important.The establishment of civilized cities is an important carrier for achieving this goal.As international cities,Hong Kong and Macau have relatively high levels of economic development and civilization.Of the 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta,except Zhaoqing City,the remaining 8 cities have successfully established national civilized cities.This paper,from the perspective of secretarial staff and auxiliary administration,puts zhaoqing's creation of a national civilized city into an environment of improving the overall soft power of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and promoting the integration and development of the civilized urban agglomerations in the great Bay area,so that zhaoqing's creation of a national civilized city workstation in a higher and farther location.By combing out and comparing the study of civilized cities at home and abroad,and studying the National civilized cities assessment system issued every year by the Central Civilization Office,we summed up the achievements of the establishment of civilized cities in the Pearl River Delta and analyzed the existing problems in the establishment of civilized cities.In particular,the key points of the analysis are the difficulties encountered by Zhaoqing City,which is the "short board" of the civilized city group in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,in the establishment of a civilized city in the country,including the construction of short boards,lagging management,lack of initiative,insufficient security,and lack of atmosphere.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,that is,Zhaoqing City needs to combine the development opportunities of smart cities to strengthen urban construction and improve urban carrying capacity;Adhere to putting people first,improve the level of urban governance;Pay attention to the establishment of regulations and improve the initiative of functional departments;We will improve financial support and ensure the smooth progress of creative work.We will promote the participation of the whole people,create an atmosphere of joint governance and sharing,build new cities of civilization and wisdom in the 21st century,create a national civilized city as soon as possible,complement the "short plates" of the Pearl River Delta civilized urban agglomerations,and promote the integration and development of civilized urban agglomerations in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.
