Research On Governance Mechanism And Path Optimization Of Internet Information In China

With the development of the Internet and information technology,human beings are gradually moving from the traditional society to the information society.The power of Internet information constantly impacts the old mode of information control,which brings many new challenges to the government's social governance.On the eve of the advent of the 5G era,it is necessary to adjust and optimize China's Internet information governance model in order to cope with the revolutionary changes brought about by new technologies in network information dissemination.Starting from the basic concepts and definitions,this paper considers that defining the main concepts of Internet information governance is the basis for further research.After defining the concept,starting from the understanding of the particularity and necessity of Internet information governance,this paper combs the formation path of China's Internet information governance mechanism through a number of research perspectives.Then it reviews the current situation of Internet information governance in China,and points out that there are a lot of Anomies in Internet information dissemination.The overflow of bad information has brought serious harm to society,which leads to the strengthening of Internet information governance in China.And it summarizes the historical experience and realistic dilemma of Internet information governance from the three dimensions of governance subject,governance measures and governance effect.It is found that China has initially formed a government-led and multi-participatory governance model of Internet information;the central network security and informatization Committee as the core of the governance body,the private sector,civil society and other multi-agent collaborative governance;through legislative regulation,administrative management,self-regulation,technical prevention,international cooperation and so on.Various measures are taken to govern Internet information.Thereafter,the practice of Internet information governance in major developed countries is analyzed and summarized.In the comparison between China and foreign countries,it is found that there are some problems in China's Internet information governance,such as the absence of non-governmental governance subjects,lagging legislation and regulation,excessive administration,insufficient self-regulation,too strict technical prevention and weak international discourse power.In the future,the feasible path of Internet information governance in China is put forward from four aspects: promoting mainstream ideology with high quality content,leading multi-subject co-governance with government leadership,maintaining network communication order with comprehensive measures,and promoting network sharing co-governance with China's scheme.Finally,summarize the main research results of this paper,and combined with the shortcomings of this paper,the prospects and assumptions for further research are put forward.
