A Study On The Information Selection Of Major Administrative Decisions At The Municipal Level

In recent years,decision-making information management in Dalian supports major scientific decision-making in the city with efficient and reasonable information services,provides important support around major issues such as development and reform of Dalian,and achieves considerable development in government information management.At the same time,due to the explosive growth of current information,the increasingly complex environment faced by major decision-making,and the continuous improvement of Dalian's requirements for information services,the problems existing in Dalian's decision-making information management in terms of system mechanism,team building and other aspects need to be addressed.In this paper,the decision-making information management of Dalian city is taken as the research object,and the case analysis method is comprehensively used to carry out the research,in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of the current information work,and explore the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the decision-making information management of Dalian city.This paper consists of four parts.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper,which introduces the research background,purpose,significance,defines the core concepts,and introduces the research status,research ideas,research basis and so on.In the second chapter,through two case studies of "forest sea model" and "talent policy",the author makes a case analysis and comparison of information selection during the decision-making process,so as to analyze the positive impact of the correct and efficient selection of information on the implementation effect of decision-making.The third chapter analyzes the problems and reasons of Dalian information management.The main problems are the lack of unified standards for information classification,the difficulty in ensuring the timeliness and authenticity of information submission,the lack of effective connection in all aspects of information processing,the lack of depth and breadth of information analysis,etc.,and the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of information service awareness,rules and regulations construction,information network construction,personnel quality and ability,etc.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures to improve and enhance the information work of Dalian.It puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening the construction of information management system,strengthening the construction of information management team and expanding the channels of information collection.Based on the basic requirements of the major decision-making information selection of the leading group of Dalian City,and based on the actual situation of Dalian city and the characteristics of location and resources,this paper analyzes the implementation process of major decision-making such as the formulation of talent policy and the establishment of forest sea model,and analyzes the theoretical basis,basic content,constraints,construction approaches and guarantee mechanism of decision-making and information selection.This paper makes a systematic and in-depth study of the problems,and puts forward the basic framework,construction ideas and Countermeasures of Dalian decision information and decision makers' scientific decision-making choice from the perspective of system,connection,coordination and guarantee.In practice,this paper will guarantee the important decision-making accuracy involved in the accelerated development of local governments,and promote the decision makers' scientific decision-making and information resources' choice and promotion.It provides some models and Countermeasures for democratic and scientific decision-making.
