Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Government-Enterprise Cooperation In Dalian Taipingwan Economic Development Zone

Government and enterprise are the two most influential organizations in modern society.Their relationship determines the mode and efficiency of a country’s economic development.Therefore,it is of profound significance to study the relationship between government and enterprise.Government enterprise cooperation is an important feature of the construction of economic development zone.Through the perfect mode of government enterprise cooperation,the government has formed an effective guidance for the operation and development of enterprises.The construction of Taipingwan Economic Development Zone has a high demand for the effectiveness of government enterprise cooperation.At this stage,although the management committee has made significant contributions to the development of Taipingwan Economic Development Zone,there are still some problems in the field of government enterprise cooperation.Based on the satisfaction survey and interview,this paper puts forward the deficiencies of the cooperation between the government and enterprises in the current stage of Taipingwan Economic Development Zone,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the cooperation between the government and enterprises in the economic development zone in combination with the actual needs of the economic development of the zone and the actual needs of the government and enterprises for the cooperation between the government and enterprises.In this way,it can make the cooperation between the government and enterprises of Taipingwan Economic Development Zone closer,and ultimately improve the economic development level of the Development Zone,which will bring help to the economic development of Dalian and even the whole Liaoning region.The research in this paper is divided into the following parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the main theories in the research process,including regional economic theory,new public service management theory,government communication theory and so on.At the same time,it introduces the research status of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of government enterprise cooperation,and clarifies the research background and significance.The second part introduces the development of Taipingwan.,advantages and current status of government enterprise cooperation.The third part combines the characteristics of the economic development of Taipingwan Economic Development Zone,analyzes the current situation of the cooperation between the government and enterprises in the development zone by means of literature research,questionnaire and interview,puts forward problems and analyzes the causes;the fourth part provides necessary experience support for the research based on the successful experience of the cooperation between the government and enterprises in the development process of the development zone at home and abroad;the fifth part The last part is the conclusion of the study.Based on the above background and the actual needs of the economic construction of Taipingwan Economic Development Zone,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cooperation between the government and enterprises,finds out the bottleneck of the efficiency and quality improvement of the cooperation between the government and enterprises,and puts forward the optimization suggestions of the cooperation mode of the government and enterprises in Taipingwan economic development zone from three aspects: the improvement of the management system,the establishment of the communication system and the innovation of the mode.
