Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Function Fulfillment Of Y Economic Development Zone Management Committee

The development zone was born and prospered by the reform.After nearly 40 years of development,it has become the vanguard of economic development and reform and opening up.In recent years,with the steady improvement of comprehensive national strength,Chinese economy has entered a new normal.It has opened a new era of high quality development.At the same time,people’s demand for economy,culture,society,ecology and other aspects is increasing,and the demand for public services is also increasing.The ability of the Party and the government to perform their duties is also facing a whole new test.As the competent department of the development zone,the administrative committee of the development zone takes into account multiple tasks such as economic development,social management and public service,and sets up a platform for connecting enterprises and serving the masses,which plays an important role in China’s economic development and public management system.This paper takes the Y Economic Development Zone Management Committee as the investigation sample,Using literature research and empirical research methods.First of all,I have an in-depth research and understanding of the performance of administrative,economic,social management,public service and other functions of Y Economic Development Zone Management Committee.Through consulting information,visiting and investigating,interview questionnaires,we have learned that there are problems in the process of function performance,There are problems such as slow wheels of administration and service,increasing operating burden,incomplete carrying functions,and low management level of public utilities.Secondly,Combined with the theoretical knowledge of public administration,this paper Systematically analyze the causes of problems in the performance of functions of the management committee of Y Economic Development Zone.Finally,the direction of the function performance path optimization of Y Economic Development Zone Management Committee is discussed.Then put forward the operational reform countermeasures and suggestions.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,we can find the way to improve the comprehensive development strength of Y economic development Zone,and also provide useful reference for the functional performance practice of the administrative committee of other provincial development zones.
