Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Promoting The Integration Of Industry And City Development By The Management Committee Of Chengdu Economic And Technological Development Zone

In recent years,the Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee has strengthened the construction of urban functional facilities in accordance with the needs of industrial development and urban construction.It has built a number of major projects such as schools,hospitals,communities,and forest parks,improving the functional matching of regional education,medical care,cultural tourism,commerce,elderly care,and other areas.The trend of coordinated development between industry and city is forming.By analyzing the current situation of the management committee promoting the integration of industry and city in the park,it is summarized that there are problems such as low industrial quality facing growth difficulties,lack of overall coordination mechanism in multi management,need to improve the efficiency of government administrative services,and incomplete construction of public supporting facilities.The main reasons are that the government’s industrial planning and policy supply functions are not sound;Lack of foresight in management mechanism planning;There are shortcomings in the business environment that promotes the integration of industry and city;The government pays attention to economic benefits,and the progress of public supporting construction is slow.Based on the in-depth analysis of the problems and reasons,drawing on the successful experience of domestic local governments in promoting industry city integration,and combining with the actual situation of Chengdu Economic Development Zone,it is proposed that the Management Committee of Chengdu Economic Development Zone should take such suggestions as strengthening the guidance of industrial transformation planning,reforming the innovation management mechanism,building a good business environment and improving infrastructure support,so as to bring feasible guidance for the development of industry city integration.
