Research On Accurate Rehabilitation Of Children Disability In Urban

Persons with disabilities have always been the disadvantaged groups concerned by Persons with disabilities have always been the disadvantaged groups concerned by the state and society.As young children with disabilities,they are also the focus of social concern.Rehabilitation services for children with disabilities are not only related to their own future development but also have an impact on the well-being of their families.They are also directly related to the crucial task of alleviating poverty in our country and are related to the completion of the goal of building an overall well-to-do society.Rehabilitation of disabled persons is the main measure for the disabled to resume their physical functions.Rehabilitation brings hope to persons with disabilities.Older children with disabilities have high plasticity and are often the most hopeful group.However,due to the drawbacks of the previous rehabilitation model,the government has put forward precise rehabilitation services to ensure the rehabilitation effect of every disabled child through careful rehabilitation.In this paper,the author focuses on the accurate rehabilitation of urban disabled people,and takes Hefei City,Anhui Province as an example to study the accurate rehabilitation service measures for urban disabled people by visiting the field research and consulting related literatures.Through understanding the accurate rehabilitation service measures issued by the Anhui Disabled Persons' Federation,the delegation visited the CDPF,rehabilitation agencies and disabled children's parents at all levels in Hefei,Anhui Province,and consulted relevant literature on rehabilitation of disabled children to study the accurate rehabilitation services for urban disabled people.To find out the exact conditions of urban children with disabilities to identify their problems,analyze the impact of to examine the shortcomings of people with disabilities in the process of accurate rehabilitation,better carry out accurate rehabilitation services for the disabled,the vast number of disabled families.As the author's two-year postgraduate study mainly focuses on the social work of disabled people and studies the rehabilitation of disabled children in urban areas from the perspective of social work,the G(government)+ R(rehabilitation agency)+ S(social worker)model is proposed and the social work profession Sexually scientific altruism better serve disabled children.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is about the background,significance and literature of the accurate rehabilitation of urban disabled people,the definition of the concept of accurate rehabilitation of urban disabled children and the related research methods.Through the description of its meaning,it expounds the necessity of accurate rehabilitation for the rehabilitation of urban children with disabilities;more comprehensive rehabilitation of children with disabilities through the relevant literature;Through the definition of the definition of accurate rehabilitation for children with disabilities,accurate rehabilitation,and disabled children,The difference between rural people with disabilities and the reality of the author's research and internship set the theme of accurate rehabilitation services for urban children with disabilities.Through the relevant research methods to determine the content of this article.The second part is the main process of the accurate rehabilitation service policy for disabled children in urban areas.Firstly,it analyzes the change of past rehabilitation policies,introduces the introduction of accurate rehabilitation service policy,defines the precise meaning of accurate rehabilitation,and analyzes the main measures of accurate rehabilitation in Hefei.The third part is the reason for carrying out accurate rehabilitation and through the analysis of various causes,we can promote the understanding of accurate rehabilitation.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems and countermeasures of accurate rehabilitation of urban disabled children.The fifth part is the G + R + S model under the condition of precise rehabilitation.Through the joining of social work,the accurate rehabilitation is improved.
