Research On The Development Of Female Social Organizations In Xuzhou

At present,with the deepening of reform,social organizations have become an important force in participating in social governance and providing public services.Female social organizations have also developed rapidly.They are social organizations that mainly benefit women,children and families and provide services for female participation in social activities.They are an important part of social organizations.Through the continuous development in recent years,the female social organizations in Xuzhou have formed a certain scale and extended to various fields.They play an active role in integrating resources,building and developing,and serving female groups.However,the construction of female social organizations in Xuzhou city are also facing many difficulties and challenges,such as insufficient autonomy,relatively weak awareness of female public participation,insufficient ability of social work of female social organizations,and insufficient funds for work of female social organizations.The causes of these problems are lack of government support,poor management system,inadequate supervision,difficult to establish public trust,slow effectiveness and other factors.Suggestions are made to improve the following aspects: improving the government supervision system,enhancing the credibility of female social organizations,and improving the capacity building of female social organizations themselves.From these aspects,we try to put forward suggestions and specific measures to improve the unfavorable factors that restrict the development of female social organizations in Xuzhou City and promote their healthy development.I hope to provide some more useful thoughts for the healthy development of female social organizations in Xuzhou City.The dissertation has 3 figure,2 tables,48 references.
