General component is the central and local party organizations in our country and the three levels at the grassroots level contains organs at the grass-roots level,township,village,enterprises,schools,streets,communities,social organizations,and forces the company set up the party organization,referred to as the party organizations at the grass-roots level.The party construction of urban community in China is an important part of the party's grass-roots organization construction.In socialism with Chinese characteristics into the key period of the new era,in the crucial period of comprehensively deepen reform,urban community party building work for the party organizations at the grass-roots level in the city leadership has laid a solid fighting bastion.Under the new era,our country city community party building work under the leadership of the party at the grass-roots level to further development,steady progress,the community party building work leads the urban community governance,promote the level of urban development,formed with the construction features of urban grass-roots party construction in our country.And this paper aims to study the urban grass-roots party organizations in the community party construction work and the main problems of the party affairs worker,an analysis of the causes and,after a while to effectively promote the development of urban community party construction put forward countermeasures,in order to constantly improve the level of the urban community party organizations as a benchmark,to strengthen the community party building work effectively and smoothly,thus in urban development under the new situation,to promote urban grass-roots party construction work of the community.In order to comprehensively expand the community foundation of the party organization,strengthen the urban community governance,improve the urban community party building and consolidate the harmonious and healthy development of urban community in our country to provide the important theoretical basis.
