Case Research On Community Aged Service In Dongpo District Of Meishan City

As we all know,our community is accelerating into the aging process.The problem of providing for the aged in the whole society is becoming more and more prominent,and the task of providing for the aged is becoming more and more serious.We are also facing such significant problems as the large base of the elderly population,the rapid aging of the population,the aging of the elderly population and the empty nesting of the elderly population.Because of the short development time,little accumulation and weak foundation of China's pension industry,the problems of serious imbalance between demand and supply,mismatch and regional imbalance in China's pension service industry are intertwined.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China upgraded the strategy of "providing for the aged" to a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the cause of old-age security has become an important guarantee for promoting the well-being of the people.Meishan Dongpo District resolutely implements the central line,responds to the national decision-making and deployment,actively responds to the challenges of aging,scientifically resolves the problems faced by the old-age service,and strives to explore the "road" of the old-age security Dongpo.Based on a series of research methods such as literature,case study and reasoning,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the case study of Dongpo community pension service from the perspective of public management,public products and public policy theory,and further summarizes and extracts the experience that is worth promoting.Show.Since 2016,the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance have launched the pilot reform of home and community pension services in 107 cities and districts in four batches,and Meishan has been fortunate to become the fourth batch of pilot cities this year.In view of this,the author choosed the case of community aged service in Dongpo District of Meishan City as the research topic.In the first step,the research starts with background and significance of the study,the research status in China and other countries,the research ideas and methods and the technical routes.Secondly,the author analyzed the typical situation of aged service in Dongpo District of Meishan City,and described the basic situation of the case:including the background,main practices and results.Thirdly,the author analyzed from three aspects: community aged service products,public expenditure and policy elements.Finally,the author obtained the inspiration and conclusion of the case: to strengthen the top-level design of community aged service and increase investment of the community aged service,and optimize the community pension service system,etc,which shows certain reference and practical significance for the development of the community aged service system construction.
