Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Home Care Service In G District Of D City

At present,China’s aging trend is increasingly intensified,how to provide high-quality elderly care services for the elderly has become a focus of social concern.The report of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made important arrangements for the aging of the population and the acceleration of the development of undertakings for the aged.It has gradually become a social consensus to develop and improve the old-age service system that is based on home care,supported by communities,supplemented by institutions and combined with medical care.According to the United Nations criteria for the aging of the population,D City G district has entered into a severely aging society,and 96.7% of the elderly population living in G district is more inclined to community home care.As a way of providing for the aged in accordance with the national conditions,it is imperative to develop community home-based care for the aged.Strengthening the regionalization and individuation of the community home-based care model is undoubtedly of great practical significance to the regional economic development and social stability of D city G district,and it can also provide academic reference and practical reference for other regions or relevant departments.In this article,through the integrated use of questionnaire,interview research,taking D city G district community home care service as the research content,starting the study from G district community home care service present situation,problems and causes,countermeasures study,through the investigation to fully master the first-hand information,fingding out the existing problems and analyzes the causes.Take the advanced experience at domestic and overseas for reference to obtain the solutions.Research shows that in recent years,G district attaches great importance to the improvement of the level of elderly care services and actively promotes the supply-side structural reform of elderly care services,especially making certain achievements in community home-based elderly care services.However,objectively speaking,there is still a great room for improvement in the level of community home-based care services,and there are still some problems,such as lack of sustainable development,large gap of professional talents for elderly care,uneven development quality of elderly care sevice,and low degree of the application of wisdom endowment.Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems,it is concluded that the causes of the current problems mainly focus on the development concept is not keeping pace with people’s need,short of talents training,government support and market demand do not match,low cognition degree on intelligent application and so on.Through the integrated use of social embedding theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and other public management theory,and using the experience of domestic and foreign advanced development,closely combining the reality of regional development,put forward the future G district from the planning,strengthen service industry attaches great importance to the pension management talent team construction,apply the wisdom endowment methods and optimize the allocation of resources to improve the quality of community home care service.
