In recent years,information resources of public security are gathering in provincial and ministerial level public security organs.Local and municipal public security serves as a link between the lower and higher units,which needs to meet the requirements of provincial and ministerial units for data collection and aggregation,the practical needs of the base units and the application requirements of different police parts on big data.In this paper,we design and implement a set of information resource service platform software based on the current situation of public security information resources,software,hardware,and public security informatization needs.The purpose of these software is to solve the problems and deficiencies in data collection,cleaning,integration,sharing and service of the local public security units,improve the efficiency of the processing and application of big data,better the use of information resources and service of the city public security,and further promote the technology of public security informatization.In this paper,we focus on the problem that the requirement for fast storage and retrieval cannot be satisfied by current relational database,as there is a massive amount of data obtained by the public security department from various channels.Our software adopts big data processing technology and performs data cleaning and deduplication before massive data is storage,which mitigates the unnecessary storage problem and achieve fast and accurate retrieval of TB-level data or even PB-level data.Targeting the special geographical location of city A,we propose the new management and service ideas for human and vehicles based on tracking application,which focuses on monitoring the bayonet,stations,docks and other entrances or exits.Aiming at the deficiency of work collaboration and shared services,the design provides a variety of information resource service,which can be directly accessed through the Web.In addition,it can also provide services such as query,comparison,and data sharing through the underlying WebService interface.In this paper,we adopt mainstream technology Java to develop Web,UML to modeling and design,distributed memory computing engine Spark to achieve key information memory operations,and near real-time distributed full-text search engine ES to achieve structured,semi-structured and unstructured data search within full text.Through the analysis of requirements,we clarifies the main functions and technical indicators of our platform,including big data center construction,cleaning integration,comprehensive retrieval,analysis and judgment,service interfaces,resource catalogs,statistical analysis,performance indicators and scalability requirements.After detailed design,each functional module was divided inti interface design,process design and code design,which are developed and implemented.Finally,the system is tested for functions and performance,and the test results meet the design requirements.In conclusion,we design and implement a set of municipal public security organ's information resource service platform.Through this platform,a complete standard of data resource collection and data cleaning integration is established,and a standard information sharing and service mechanism is formed.The platform take fully advantages of information resources and transforms information resources into various services to provides information-based support for higher-level units,various police parts and base units.It satisfies the current needs of practical uses and application in city A,promotes the informatization of public security department,and serves as a reference for the construction of public security information resource service platforms in other cities.
